Join us at The Farm on Central for an intimate farm dinner featuring Chef Jacob Rodibaugh, where the land, the harvest, and the people behind your food become part of the experience.
The evening begins with a farm-inspired zero-proof drink and a guided walk through the farm with Michael and Savannah, offering a closer look at the land, the crops, and the work that goes into growing the food you'll soon find on your plate. Along the way, enjoy a few thoughtfully prepared bites before making your way to the table.
As the sun settles over the farm, Chef Jacob will take over the fire for a multi-course dinner inspired by the late-October harvest. Every ingredient will come from The Farm on Central or one of our trusted farm partners, creating a menu that is seasonal, intentional, and unique to this evening.
Expect open-fire cooking, fresh bread, local meats and dairy, exceptional seasonal produce, thoughtfully crafted zero-proof drinks, and a menu created exclusively for this experience.
Dinner will be served at long, beautifully set tables beneath the lights, surrounded by the farm and the glow of the fire. The setting will be rustic at heart, but intentionally elevated. A little unexpected. A little unforgettable. And unmistakably The Farm on Central.
