What happens when AI begins helping us understand and manage the physical world?

This panel brings together leaders in engineering, sensing, and applied AI to explore how emerging technologies are moving from R&D into real infrastructure. Jim Echard of BAI Group, Ajay Vemuru of Silicon Valley-based Lyten, and moderator Davar Ardalan of bAI Labs will discuss work spanning geospatial and Earth observation AI, continuous methane monitoring, field intelligence, digital twins, and AI explainers.

The conversation draws on collaborations connecting Silicon Valley technology, a European water-modeling company, engineering expertise, pilots with Pennsylvania municipalities, and environmental organizations in Maryland. It will explore how operators can use natural language to ask questions of complex sensor and model data, helping them better understand trends, investigate problems, and make informed decisions.
