This workshop is for founders who are already in motion. You have an idea, you have started talking to customers, and now you need to test it properly, refine it, and show something real to early users or investors. The goal is to help you turn what you already have into something that can be tested in the real world. By the end of the session, you will have a working prototype and a clear plan for what to validate next.

This workshop is for non-technical founders who are actively working on their idea and are ready to move beyond concepts and pitch decks. It is designed for:

• Founders who have spoken with real customers and have early feedback
• Startups with early traction who now need to define the product properly
• Teams preparing to show something real to early customers, partners, or investors
• Founders who want to test before they spend heavily on building

You do not need design or technical experience to participate.

• Review and tighten your customer, problem, and solution hypothesis
• Validate your idea with real customers using simple, ethical research methods and light AI support
• Decide what to build now versus what to change
• Turn customer insight into a clear user flow
• Create a low-code or no-code prototype that looks and feels like a real product
• Use free tools to test, refine, and validate your idea before investing in full development

This is a working session, not a lecture. You will:

• Review and refine your real hypothesis with guidance
• Map a simple journey based on your customer’s experience
• Sketch and build your first working prototype using hand sketches or simple digital tools
• Learn how to test your prototype with real users shortly after the session
• See a real case study of how an idea moved from early insight to a validated product direction

You will leave with something you can show to customers and investors.
