We humans are far from just rational creatures. We are complex, deeply conditioned by subconscious patterns, past experiences, and neural pathways that dictate our behavior—often without our awareness. But the good news? Neuroplasticity means these patterns are not fixed. The mind can be reshaped, rewired, and reprogrammed for resilience, clarity, and transformation. This full-day immersive workshop is a powerful fusion of art, psychology, and neuroscience, designed to help you break free from unconscious limitations, restructure your mental framework, and create meaningful change in your life.
What is Neurographic Art?
Neurographica, developed by Russian psychologist and philosopher Pavel Piskarev in 2014, is a science-backed drawing technique that activates neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to form new connections and override outdated mental patterns.
By using structured, free-flowing lines and intentional visualisation, this process engages the deep subconscious, bypassing cognitive resistance and allowing you to rewire habitual thoughts and emotions at the source. Rooted in neuropsychology, analytical psychology, Gestalt psychology, Psychosynthesis, and social psychology, Neurographica is more than an art form—it’s a practical tool for psychological transformation.
Dr. Martha Beck, Harvard-trained sociologist and best-selling author, has spoken at length about how creativity activates the right hemisphere of the brain, shutting down anxiety and re-engaging a deep sense of meaning, calm, and connection. This isn’t just theory—it’s how the brain works. By engaging with sensory-rich, creative processes, we access a powerful healing state that modern life often suppresses.
A Private and Personal Process
This workshop is designed for deep personal work, but your journey is entirely your own. While there will be opportunities to share for those who wish to, your reason for attending, your reflections, and your personal goals for the day can remain completely private. Every exercise—whether Neurographic Art, journaling, or breathwork—can be done as an internal process, without any need to disclose your personal experiences if you wish not to.
This Workshop is for You If:
🔹 You’re working through stress, anxiety, trauma, or personal development goals
🔹 You want to reprogram subconscious beliefs and behaviors
🔹 You struggle with overthinking and need a creative outlet for transformation
🔹 You’re looking for an evidence-based, structured approach to rewiring the mind
