This 9-week series is more than a movement practice — it’s a guided journey through the chakras designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a grounded, embodied way.Each week, we’ll focus on a different energy center using music, movement, and meditation to gently access what’s held in the body — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This isn’t about performance or getting it “right.”
It’s about immersing yourself in a space to feel, release, and reconnect.
As the series unfolds, many begin to notice something deeper happening…
Patterns become clearer.
Insights arise naturally.
And the way you move through your life starts to shift.
Again and again, my clients share that the work seems to meet them exactly where they are — often in ways that feel perfectly timed for what they’re navigating in their lives. It’s not uncommon for people to walk out of a session thinking, “That was exactly what I needed.”
What to expect:
• Guided meditation
• Free movement expression (no dance experience needed!)
• Music designed to support each chakra
• Mandala art to reflect and integrate what emerges
• A supportive, non-judgmental space (it’s an internal practice, not a performance)

Free parking available in nearby ramps and lots. On-street paid parking
🧘🏽♀️ Dress comfortably, ready to move
💲 $65 per workshop, or
💲 $500 for full series (recommended for the full journey)
You may attend the full series or drop in to individual workshops, but the experience is most potent as a progressive journey through all chakras.
