Kick off your weekend with good vibes, great movement, and a little something extra. This feel-good Vinyasa flow is designed to help you move, release, and LET GO of the week—so you can walk into your weekend feeling lighter, calmer, and more energized. Expect a relaxed, all-levels flow blending gentle sun salutations, deep stretching, balance work, and mindful breath to boost circulation, improve mobility, and ease tension in both body and mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this welcoming space invites you to slow down, tune in, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
After class, the vibe continues—stick around to sip on refreshing fresh-pressed juice from Ancient Runes Apothecary, enjoy light snacks, browse boutique finds, and connect with our yoga community. It’s your Friday reset ritual.
What to Bring: Comfy clothes, yoga mat, water, towel, and any favorite props (available at the studio). Come ready to move, mingle, and feel good. Hydration encouraged!
