If you've ever seen Bic & Simone dance, you've probably wished you had the opportunity to learn with them...
We are thrilled to announce that your wish has been granted and they will be here with us in Suffolk!

CLASS CONTENT:
Two of the most down-to-earth, welcoming and experienced teachers we know. They use exercises that focus on technique, connection and fluidity throughout the dance, along with shapes and sequences of Lindy Hop moves. Subjects covered will include stretch and compression and its relevance to frame, quality of footwork, pulse and flow, weight distribution and balance, as well as the difference between rotational and linear movement.
Regardless of your level of experience, you will certainly have the opportunity to hone your basics and enhance your dancing for yourself and your future dance partners.
Bic & Simone will guide you through their lessons with encouragement and support, so you leave feeling inspired and positive about your dancing (and with a huge smile on your face!).
As with the main Frisking event, this weekend is all about embracing the joy of music and dance and coming together in a safe and supportive environment to gain as much as we can from this experience. We are all on a continuous learning journey.
PLEASE NOTE: We would be immensely grateful if you could book with a partner. We do need to create a balance between Lead & Follow roles in order for the classes to work effectively. So, we shall have a specific number of passes available to each role. As with most classes, we shall rotate partners (if you feel comfortable doing so).

CLASS VENUE:
The classes shall be held at the Seagull Theatre dance studio in Pakefield, which has a sprung wooden floor, plenty of parking and on an easy direct bus route from the railway station. There will be 4 classes on the Saturday (starting at 10:30am and 2 final classes on Sunday morning). The aim is for the classes to progress so you can build on your knowledge and experience as the weekend goes on.
PLEASE NOTE: There are stairs at the venue with no elevators.

EVENING EVENT:
We shall then move onto the Hatfield Hotel Ambassador Suite for an evening dance with fabulous DJs, BARONESS JOJO & AILA BAILA from 7pm - 12am (Frisking The Whiskers & Nighthawks being just two main events where they have delighted dancers with their tunes). We are excited to get that wonderful Frisking vibe back in the room!

There will be some time on Sunday, following classes, for a social dance at the studio, so you can practice what you've learnt in a relaxed atmosphere with those you've met over the course of the weekend.
We shall post more on the page about Hotels (the Victoria Hotel, Lowestoft is a good option), travel, car parking and a hopefully a little welcome get together on the Friday night.
