Taking place July 12–18 at venues throughout Providence’s Valley Arts District, this year's festival will offer a curated week of performances and special events that celebrate the artist driven, adventurous spirit at the heart of The Providence Fringe.
Since its founding in 2014, FRINGEPVD has grown into one of Providence’s most vibrant cultural events, bringing together hundreds of artists and welcoming more than 20,000 audience members and visitors to the Valley Arts District each year.
Participating venues include Wilbury Theatre Group, Farm Fresh, The Steel Yard, Buttonwoods Brewing, ISCo, LitArtsRI, PVD Drum Troupe Clubhouse, Propel Gallery at Make Do Studios, and OPEN at 50 Sims.
Special Events:
● July 12, 6–8 p.m. LET'S FRINGE! Opening night party at Wilbury Theatre Group (475 Valley St)
● July 13 - 18 FRINGEPVD Performances all over Valley Arts District including Farm Fresh, 50 Sims, Open at 50 Sims, The Steel Yard, Providence Drum Troupe Clubhouse, LitArts RI & Wilbury Theatre Group
● July 17, 5-8pm Artist Mixer at Propel Gallery@ at Make Do Studios (72 Tingley St)
● July 18 & 19 - 10:00am-2:30pm Free Dance Classes with Motion State Arts at Ballet RI (825 Hope St)
● July 18, 11am–2pm Sims Ave Fest + Family Fringe – Free for All
● July 18, 1–2 pm Playwright's Mixer at LitArtsRI (400 Harris Ave. Unit E)
● July 18, 8-10 pm. Closing Night Party at ISCo (1 Sims Ave #103)
