Fringe & Friends: Donation-Based Mat Pilates

Join us for a special Sunday event on December 8th from 11 AM to 1 PM at N.A.ME, 94 Saratoga Ave., Brooklyn! We’re bringing together movement, mindfulness, and community vibes in the heart of Bed-Stuy/Bushwick. Ease into your Sunday with a 50-minute mat Pilates session designed to energize, strengthen, and restore. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates lover or trying it for the first time, this session is for all levels!

What to Bring: Please bring your own mat and water—though we’ll have a few mats available for borrowing if needed!

After class, stay a bit longer to enjoy some tea and coffee from September, N.A.ME's sister café just across the street. It’s the perfect way to unwind and connect with your neighbors and fellow wellness enthusiasts. Let’s build community one movement at a time.

Spots are limited to 12, so be sure to reserve yours! This is a donation-based event, and all are welcome. Can’t wait to move and share space with you, Bed-Stuy and Bushwick fam!
