Targets fascia which runs throughout the body (the meridian lines that acupuncturists use)
Can be very relaxing
Breathing and a little qigong included

Gently opening and refreshing the body after a hard, fast or stressful day or time in your life
Recovery from hard and fast physical activities like: climbing, running, cycling etc.
