Join us for an exciting and playful journey into partner yoga! From assisted stretches with friends to diving into fun and dynamic acro yoga poses, this workshop offers a blend of strength-building, balance, and connection. Together, we’ll cultivate trust, unity, and the willingness to let go—both physically and mentally!
No experience is needed, and all levels are welcome. Come alone or bring a friend, and be ready to support and be supported.
