1/ a lovely scratch made lobster and shrimp bisque soup.....paired with sauvignon blanc or dry riesling

2/ mixed green salad with cranberry, diced apples, shaved pecans, and feta in a balsamic vinaigrette.....paired with chardonnay reserve or pinot noir

3/ braised short ribs in a red wine demi with whipped buttered rustic potatoes and seasonal veg...paired with the texan and signature reserve
