Friendsgiving 2026 is at The Yellow House
Every year this gathering grows a little bigger. More people. More stories. More laughter. More reminders that community still matters.
So this year, Friendsgiving has a new home.
This Thanksgiving Day, Just Another Human will be hosting our annual Friendsgiving Potluck at The Yellow House in West Plains, Missouri from 2PM–10PM.
We’ll have turkey, ham, sweet taters, and green bean casserole, and if you’re able, we invite you to bring your favorite dish, dessert, or family recipe to share.
But Friendsgiving has never just been about food. It is about making sure nobody spends Thanksgiving alone. It is about reconnecting with old friends and making new ones. It is about creating a place where every person who walks through the door knows they belong there.
Some people come for an hour. Some stay all evening talking, laughing, sharing stories, playing games, and building the kind of community people wish existed more often.
This is one of those rare spaces where strangers become friends and people remember what community is supposed to feel like.
So whether you have nowhere to go, somewhere to be after, or just want to spend part of your Thanksgiving surrounded by good people you are welcome at our table.
Because everyone deserves a seat at the table.
And because it is our job to love them.
