Join us for an unforgettable Friendsgiving Fitness Pop-Up — a joyful mash-up of Cardio Dance Fitness and Line Dancing led by six phenomenal instructors and the high-energy crew from The Southern Praise Stompers!

This isn’t your average class — it’s a faith-based workout experience for women 30 and up who crave community, energy, and purpose. You’ll sweat, smile, and worship through movement to uplifting gospel and praise beats that strengthen both body and spirit.

After class, enjoy a short devotional and small-group connection time — a chance to reflect, recharge, and form new friendships grounded in faith. Then, we celebrate together with a FULL catered Taco Bar for our Friendsgiving feast! 🌮

I voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Reckless Grace, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims or liabilities, including those caused by negligence. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reckless Grace from any damages, costs, or legal fees arising from my participation. I understand that Reckless Grace is not responsible for medical costs related to any injuries sustained.
