Please join us in a fundraiser by renting a spot to sell your gently used items.Sale will be on May 31, 2025, from 7:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m.
To be a seller:
• Spots consist of two parking spots and measure approx. 16 x 18
• Each spot is $20 to be paid when you register
• Register by contacting Stefanny at the Main Library
[email protected] or 985-876-5861 ext. 234
• Registration ends on May 28, 2025 or when all spots are full
• Registration fee is non-refundable
• Event will take place rain or shine
SET-UP
• Set up will be from 6 am to 6:45 am on May 31, 2025
• The sale will start at 7 am – NO EARLY SALES
• All vehicles should be removed from the sales area by 6:45 a. m. or must remain in the sales area until 1 p. m.
SELLERS RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sellers are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, setting up and taking down their own spots.
• Sellers must provide their own change and pricing of items.
• Sellers are responsible for providing own bags or boxes.
• Sellers are responsible to keep area clean and pick up space after event.
• Sellers’ unsold items must be removed by 1:30 p. m. on the day of the event.
• Sellers must supervise space and items and vehicle at all times.
The Friends of the Terrebonne Parish Library is a nonprofit organization that raises funds to support your local library and their programs.
