The Friends of the Library are proud to support library programs through their seasonal book sales.The general sale is on Sat., Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The bag sale from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. where people can buy as many items as they can fit in a bag for $4 (bags are provided). Please note that the bag sale area is cleared at 2:45 p.m., and all items selected before then must be paid at full price.
There is a preview sale on Fri., Oct. 18 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and it is for Friends of the Library members only. Friends of the Library memberships start at $20.00 and can be purchased at the door on Oct. 18 or in advance of the sale.
There will also be a special sale on pocket paperbacks on Friday night and Saturday. People can buy as many as they can fit in a brown paper bag for $10 (bags are provided).
All proceeds from the Book Sale go to support library programs. Friends of the Library are now accepting payment by credit card as well.
