Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Friends of St James Park CIO will take place on:
Monday 1st June 2026
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
St James by the Park Church
Bellemoor Road
Shirley, Southampton

As Friends of St James Park celebrates its 20th anniversary, we warmly invite local residents, volunteers, supporters and members of the public to join this special occasion.
The evening will begin with a welcome with food and refreshments from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, followed by the formal AGM meeting commencing at 7:00 PM. Weather permitting, there will also be some lawn games as part of the celebrations.
Please note that while the meeting is open to the public, only registered members of the CIO are entitled to vote on any formal resolutions. Anyone wishing to become a member of Friends of St James Park is welcome to sign up either in advance or on the evening before the AGM begins.
To help us estimate numbers for food and refreshments, we would be grateful if you could let us know if you are planning to attend by emailing [email protected] However, everyone is still very welcome to attend on the evening, even if you have not RSVP’d.
