Employment Training - Employment Rights Act - Session 2

This session will give an update in relation to how sexual harassment is dealt with at the moment and the preventative duty going forward. It will review the law and the requirement to prevent sexual harassment in the work place since October 2024.

It will then look at the extension of this duty that is due to come into force at the end of 2026 including preventing sexual harassment from third parties. We will look at practical steps in relation to risk assessments etc, to move this forward. It will also examine ways to reduce risk in the work place.

This practical session is suitable for both those who work in HR and line managers.
