Friends in the Middle Discuss Losing Medicaid

As Congress looks at cutting costs in the US government, Medicaid is under threat. Join a group of concerned citizens to learn what impact this could have on people, from the 400,000+ children in foster care to families caring for disabled loved ones. We will have guest speakers share personal experiences with Medicaid, important information about the program, and actions you can take to support those who rely on it.

This event is open to anyone, regardless of political affiliation. It is designed to be a safe space for constructive discussion, building alliances, and finding ways to support each other in these divisive times. Disrespect for others will not be tolerated.

We hope this is the first of many events that will focus on the various challenges we face now and in the near future.
