Our pavilion holds up to 120 people, so there is plenty of room to spread out, and the ocean is just steps away.
How it works
This is a potluck, BYOB (bring your own beverage) event. We will have coolers with ice, and we are supplying plates and utensils. There is a grill nearby and we will be firing it up, so bring something to throw on it if you like.
Come spend the day with old friends, make some new ones, and enjoy the beach.
Please read before you come
- Arrive early. The park has limited capacity. Once it fills up, you will be turned away at the gate, and that applies to re-entry too. If you leave, you may not get back in.
- There is a park entry fee. It is $4 for a single-occupancy vehicle and $6 for a vehicle with 2 to 8 people. Carpooling saves everyone money and eases the crunch at the gate.
- No glass. None. That includes cooking and serving dishes. Please transfer anything into plastic, metal, or foil before you arrive.
- No alcohol. This is a state park rule, not ours, and it is enforced.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Keep the area clean. Pack out what you bring in and help us leave the pavilion better than we found it.
- No loud music. Keep it low and neighborly.
