All clubs and all levels are welcome to come and up skill with others doing the same. If the weather is fine and if people want to, we can fire up the bbq for a BYO feed. Friends of the clubs and those sparring are welcome to attend to see what it's all about. Let us know if you're keen?Our set up includes a full sized 7 meter competition boxing ring. And two padded floor sections of around 50 m2 each. Which allows us the space to group sparring participants by experience, intensity and other considerations.
Required Equipment:
14-16 oz gloves
Strap on sparring shinguards (no slip on fabric shin guards).
Groin guard
Mouth guard
Sweat Towel
