Fridge Art Fair NYC Presents:
FRIDGE ART FAIR NYC 2026
Hello Dolly: The Dolly Parton Experience
A Celebration of a Legend & Butterflies 🦋 at the Lobby Bar & Garden at the Hotel Alameda High Line
May 13-17, 2026
Fridge Art Fair returns to New York City this May with a glittering tribute to an American icon.
Hello Dolly: The Dolly Parton Experience is a joyful, irreverent, and heartfelt celebration of Dolly Parton, honoring her legacy of creativity, independence, compassion, and unapologetic sparkle. Dedicated to artist, curator, and writer, Linda DiGusta, this year’s theme embraces butterflies 🦋as symbols of transformation, resilience, and radiant self-expression.
From May 13–17, 2026, Fridge Art Fair will once again transform the stylish Hotel Alameda High Line into an intimate, immersive art experience. Small by design and bold in spirit, Fridge continues its mission: accessible art, unexpected spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere where artists and audiences connect directly.
In addition to its main installation at the Alameda, Fridge will expand across the city with special Fridge Windows installations at Dog City NYC and City Opera Thrift Shop. These satellite locations bring Fridge into the streets of New York, making contemporary art visible, playful, and impossible to ignore.
Artists will respond to Dolly’s impact through painting, installation, sculpture, performance, glitter, wigs, storytelling, and bold acts of creative freedom. Expect rhinestones, heart, humor, and serious artistic punch — all filtered through Fridge’s signature DIY-meets-iconic aesthetic.
Founded in 2013 by contemporary artist Eric Ginsburg, Fridge Art Fair has built a reputation for doing things differently: no cold convention centers, no pretense — just strong work, strong community, and a platform that champions artists at every stage of their careers.
Fridge is small by design. And as always—Fridge Art Fair is free to visit! "Can you fit into the fridge?” Submissions are open to ALL. Applications and full programming details coming soon.
