About this Event

P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome Yasmine Cheyenne to celebrate and discuss her new book, which transforms that restless feeling into rocket fuel for authentic change.

Yasmine will be iin conversation with Mikaela Pabon, and special guest Chrissy King. Along with a discussion and audience Q&A, Yasmine will also sign copies of her book.

Both tickets and books are available on eventbrite and at the door.

Doors open at 6:30pm with the talk starting closer to 7pm. Come early and grab a drink from the P&T Cafe!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Yasmine Cheyenne is a TODAY Show wellness expert, self-healing educator, and author of three books with HarperOne who helps people reconnect with who they were before the world had a say. Through her transformative workshopsand teachings, she’s guided hundreds of thousands in building lives that feel as good as they look. She's been featuredon the TODAY Show, InStyle, Forbes, and more. An Air Force Veteran and native New Yorker, she now lives in Washington, DC with her family.

ABOUT THE MODERATOR
Chrissy King is a writer, speaker, and educator who is reshaping the conversation around wellness, identity, and liberation. Chrissy is the author of The Body Liberation Project, a groundbreaking book that empowers us to stop shrinking take up space and embrace the fullness of who we are. She is also the founder of The Childfree Coven, a community for childfree women and nonbinary individuals. With degrees in Social Justice and Sociology from Marquette University, she merges her deep knowledge of systemic issues with her passion for wellness. Writing for platforms like Shape, SELF, and PopSugar, throughout her work, Chrissy helps us imagine and create spaces where every body across size, race, gender, and identity feel seen, welcome, and celebrated.

  • This is a ticketed in-store event with limited amphitheater-style seating.
  • Doors open at 6:30pm, with the talk starting around 7:00pm.
  • Books will be available for purchase at the event.
  • Cost of a book bundle ticket reflects the total cost of the feature event book (MSRP plus tax). Each book bundle ticket guarantees ticket holders one (1) copy of the feature event book.
  • The talk will be followed by a book signing. Books signed at P&T Knitwear events must be purchased from P&T Knitwear.
  • If you would like a signed copy and cannot attend the event, we're happy to take your pre-order. We ship most places!
