Karina teaches vinyasa yoga involving playful dynamic sequences targetting the whole body and working with balance. Karina’s classes prioritise wellbeing and finish with Yin postures to soften and hydrate fascia releasing tension from the body. Meditation is also included in the classes supporting a complete body, mind and soul experience
