Friday Vibes Yoga

Kick off your weekend with a yoga session that's all about shaking off the week and stepping into your chill zone. Friday Night Vibes is your go to for stretchy feels, good energy and a fresh start for whatever the weekend has in store.We'll start with some breathwork to clear the mental clutter, then move into juicy stretches to loosen up those desk-bound shoulders, tight hips and everything in between. Think of it as the yoga version of hitting the "refresh" button. We'll wrap things up with a short meditation and some cozy restorative poses with the goal of leaving you feeling your best, most relaxed self.

Come for the stretches, stay for the good vibes. Let's flow into the weekend, one deep breath at a time!

Kimberley is a graduate from the inaugural YTT200 course at Zen House Collective.

Zen House Yoga Studio allows teachers to set their own rates, typically $25 for a drop-in class or $150 for a 10-class pass.

10 class pass $134 ($13.40 per class)

5 class pass $75 ($15 per class)

Single class pricing is $20 per class.
