About this Event

Friday Nightz with LadyLiyah is a beginner friendly women's movement class designed to be fun, confidence building and freedom of expression. The experience includes chair movement, beginner pole basics/spins and feminine flow. No judgement zone and no experience necessary.

For class, attendees should wear shorts and no oils or lotions beforehand. Come as you are, cute comfy, sexy or whatever makes YOU feel good.

Shoes not to wear: sandals, strapless, sneakers, mules, pumps, mesh or metal embellished boots

Acceptable footwear: barefoot, patent leather, dance/pole footwear with proper ankle support

Complimentary fruit and wine is provided for all guests or you may BYOB.
