Friday Night Unwind. Gentle yoga, breathing, and connection to help you settle into the weekend. A calm, welcoming Friday night.
About this Event
By the end of the week, most of us are tired, tense, and still carrying everything we pushed through to get to Friday.
𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝 is a simple way to end the week differently.
This monthly gathering is designed to help you slow down, move your body, and settle into the weekend in a grounded, supportive environment.
During the evening, we will move through gentle, accessible yoga postures, use simple breathing practices, and take time to connect in a low pressure, human way. This is not a workout or a healing session. This is about moving your body in a healthy way, connecting to your body and your breath, and having personal connection with others.
You do not need prior yoga experience. All movement will be approachable, optional, and adaptable.
This space is for anyone who wants to:
-release physical tension from the week
-feel more settled and comfortable in their body
-quiet the mental noise that carries into the weekend
-experience connection without pressure or emotional labor
-leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more present
Most people leave feeling more relaxed in their body, clearer in their head, and better able to enjoy the weekend ahead.

Light refreshments and snacks will be offered.
This is a welcoming, no pressure space. Come as you are.
