We open the weekend with a haunting open-air concert as Rutledge Street closes for a full festival takeover. Expect a creepy-carnival atmosphere, open-container privileges within the designated district, and one-night-only discounts from participating bars and restaurants. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and settle in under the lights.

Accessibility
Rutledge Street is closed to vehicle traffic to improve pedestrian access. Curb ramps are available at intersections.

- Open-container permitted only within the designated festival zone and hours
- No outside alcohol, tents, or large umbrellas
- Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome; please be mindful of crowds and sound levels
