All are welcome to our beautiful Anuttara Yoga Shala, nestled in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Michelle Rassner Cash leads a profound Cermonial Sound Journey, Nadam Puja, every Friday night by donation.
No experience needed.
Some mats, pillows, bolsters and blankets available though advised to bring your own supplies, if available.
Participants are warmly welcomed and guided into the Kula room to settle in, lay down and relax. No movement required. The room is dimly lit as the 62" symphonic gong, giant quartz bowls and many other instruments carry you on a journey within.
Suggested donation is $20 per person.
