Welcome to your weekly Tune-Up!Nādam Pūjā, the Ceremony of Sound, is offered weekly by donation at Anuttara Yoga Shala, nestled in the heart of Fort Lauderdale.
This profound experience is led by Michelle Rassner Cash, a devote Yogi and multi-instrumentalist.
All attendees are invited to find a cozy spot. Some bolsters and pillows are available as a first come, first serve. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for your comfort. As we settle in, the lights are turned down low and the verbal guided meditation begins. Simple breath work to alleviate tension as the harmony of instruments pulls and sustains us into a deeply meditative state where rapid rejuvenation is obtainable.
No experience needed.
Doors open at 7:30pm
Suggested donation is $20 per person, accepted via cash / zelle / venmo the day of.
