The Friday night sitting, affectionately known as Friday Night Light, is in-person and online.
Our in-person location is at Herspiral Contemplative Arts, 303 South Paterson St., just off Willy Street on the near Eastside.

Parking is available in front of the building. Herspiral is down the hallway to the right after you enter the building. The location is wheelchair accessible, except the outer door has no automatic opener. We invite you to contact us in advance if you need help building access.
There are no COVID-related restrictions in place at this time. However, you are welcome to wear a mask.
Most sessions of Friday Night Light, as our gathering is nicknamed, consist of a half-hour meditation period, a short break, and a dhamma offering followed by open discussion. On the first Friday of the month, we typically have a longer meditation period and time for conversation.
