Session Details:
Several experienced facilitators will be delivering to you a safe and effective experience Our aim is to create an immersive sonic environment that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and inner healing. People often report a deep sense of peace, calmness, and rejuvenation after a sound bath session.
The vibrations produced by the gongs, crystal bowls, didgerdioos, handpan, rainstick, chimes and other instruments are believed to resonate with the body's energy centers (chakras) and promote balance and harmony on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
We would love to see you all there. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, water to drink and bolster for lower back support.
