Friday Night Live -- Flow, Explore, Restore
About this Event
Friday Night Live - Flow, Explore, Restore
Move well, be well.
A yoga class for all, from the first timers and non yogis, to the busy moms and dads, to the experienced practitioners and yoga teachers. This class is for everyone.
Enjoy an evening and time to press pause this holiday season as we slow down to breathe freely, move well, sweat, explore, and restore.
Come as you are, no experience necessary. It doesn’t matter if you are flexible or inflexible, or if you can touch your toes or not.
All you’ll need is your body, breath, and a yoga mat (or you can borrow a mat). Wear something comfortable like workout clothing to move in.
Join Cedar City native Mary Susan Stults Sassone for a wonderful and nourishing evening of movement and wellness for all.
