Come lift heavy under the eyes of Senior International Coach Ursula Garza! This will be a 2-3 hour session starting at 5 pm Friday, 7/5/24.
About this Event

Ursula will be at Eastside 7/5-7/7/24 to teach her Art of Coaching Weightlifting Seminar. This Friday night lifting session will be open both to seminar participants, but also to athletes seeking to get coached by a Senior International Level coach--don't miss this opportunity! Participation will be limited to 12 athletes only, so that Ursula can provide plenty of close personal attention to each lifter. Cost is $50 for 2-3 hours of coaching.
