Join us for Week 1 of Battle Of The Boxes- CrossFit Open FNL Week 1! Week 1 will kick off at CrossFit Beaumont, with a workout brief starting ~5:15 and the first heat around 5:30 and go in heats until all athletes are done!
Week 1 theme- WHITE LIES! Grab a white T-shirt, and write a “lie” on it- preferable fitness related! Ex: I’m always on Time to class < this is perfect for someone always late 🤪
Your gym gets points for our Intramural battle of the box competition from your participation in the Open workout, but also from dressing up in our theme!
