About this Event

Trade a busy Friday night out for something your body and nervous system are truly craving.

Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute evening designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. This experience gently guides you from the often busy pace of life into a state of deep rest through meditation, restorative yoga, breath, sound and touch.

We'll begin with a grounding guided meditation to quiet the mind and arrive in the body before moving through a slow, floor-based yin yoga practice using bolsters and supportive props to encourage complete relaxation. From there, you'll be guided through simple yet impactful breathwork to release tension and soothe the nervous system before settling into an immersive sound bath accompanied by gentle hands-on massage from one of our licensed massage therapists.

Whether you've been carrying stress, feeling overwhelmed, or simply longing for an evening to rest without needing to "do," this is your invitation to pause, receive, and refill your cup.

No yoga, meditation or breathwork experience is necessary, just come exactly as you are.

Opening Meditation

Info: Ease out of the busyness of your week and into the present moment through a gentle guided meditation. This grounding practice will help quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and prepare the body for an evening of deep restoration.

Supported Yin Yoga

Info: Using bolsters and supportive props, you'll move through a slow, floor-based yin practice designed to release tension and invite your body into complete relaxation. With long-held, passive postures and plenty of cozy support, this practice is accessible for every body.

Guided Breathwork

Info: Experience gentle yet powerful breathing techniques that encourage nervous system regulation, deepen relaxation, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and presence. This practice offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself from the inside out. Breathwork is guided with soothing music and instruments.

Sound Bath & Hands On Massage

Info: Settle into complete rest as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other unique instruments wash over you. Throughout the sound bath, one of our licensed massage therapists will offer gentle hands-on massage, creating a deeply nurturing experience that invites you to fully receive, restore, and simply be.
