A Free Community Yoga Morning
Join Be Free Healing Center, Properties Colorado, and Garcia-Hitt Agency for a free community yoga morning designed to help you slow down, recharge, and connect with others in Northern Colorado.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, this beginner-friendly outdoor class offers a welcoming space to move your body, enjoy the outdoors, and spend a relaxing morning focused on wellness and community.
Following class, stay and enjoy a wellness-inspired gathering featuring a Rush Bowls Build-Your-Own Breakfast Bar complete with fresh fruit, granola, nutritious toppings, and other health-forward snacks and refreshments.
Every attendee will receive a thoughtfully curated wellness goodie bag featuring a boutique jute tote, succulent, water bottle, exclusive local offers, and additional gifts from our event sponsors.
