In dark forests, beyond the mountains, by black lakes in hidden groves. At your doorstep. In the shadows, something stirs. Strange beings. Twisted creatures, lurking at the edge of vision. Watching. Waiting. Unseen by most, but not by you. You see them for what they really are. Vaesen.

Welcome to the Mythic North – northern Europe of the nineteenth century, but not as we know it today. A land where the myths are real. A cold reach covered by vast forests, its few cities lonely beacons of industry and enlightenment – a new civilization dawning. But in the countryside, the old ways still hold sway. There, people know what lurks in the dark.

They know to fear it.

The Invading Wood: The player characters are called to Norway to solve the mystery behind a forest that has taken over a small valley. This invading wood has ruined farmland, destroyed buildings, and now threatens its villagers.

Pre-generated characters; everything players need will be provided.

Call of Cthulhu is a horror fiction role-playing game based on H. P. Lovecraft's story of the same name and the associated Cthulhu Mythos. Pregenerated character sheets and materials will be provided for the game, so you are welcome to show up with nothing in hand!

In this scenario, The Necropolis, the player characters are in Egypt in the Valley of the Kings, exactly two years after the discovery of the tomb of the boy Pharaoh, Tutankhamen. As a part of an archaeological dig, they, too, hope to uncover something truly amazing in this new discovery of a mysterious tomb…

Cost: $5 - Event will have a charge of $5 for pre-registration. This fee will be given back as either a credit or gift card upon check-in to the event with the organizer.
