Welcome to Friday Night Frequencies - A Thanksgiving Weekend Soundbath for Deep Rest & Recalibration ⚡️
Holidays can be a time of commotion and being out of routine. Join us on the Friday Night of Thanksgiving weekend, November 27th at 7pm at Una Vida to unwind and recalibrate through the healing power of sound.
Your only job is to lay out and relax. We will wash away the noise of the week, and create space for calm, clarity, and renewal as you enter the weekend. The soothing vibrations of the gong, alchemy crystal bowls, and other healing instruments will bring your body and mind into stillness and deep rest, creating a space for you to just be.
Energy Exchange - $35 - $50
Bring anything that makes you feel cozy. All are welcome.

Betsy Workman is a sound healer and gong practitioner based in Boulder, Colorado. Her sound baths offer a space for deep rest, nervous system balance, and heart-centered healing. With a grounded and intuitive approach, she invites participants to soften, release, and reconnect to inner stillness. When not facilitating sound healing, she enjoys life in the Colorado outdoors, and eating local pastries as much as possible.
