Join us on Friday Night, March 6th at 7pm at Una Vida to unwind and recalibrate through the healing power of sound.

Come wash away the noise of the week, and create space for calm, clarity, and renewal as you enter the weekend. As you lay out, you’ll be held in the soothing vibrations of the gong, alchemy crystal bowls, and other healing instruments designed to bring the body and mind into harmony. Come and just be.

Energy Exchange - $35 - $50

Bring your yoga mat, eye mask, and anything else that makes you feel cozy. All are welcome.

Betsy Workman is a sound healer and gong practitioner based in Boulder, Colorado. Her sound baths offer a space for deep rest, nervous system balance, and heart-centered healing. With a grounded and intuitive approach, she invites participants to soften, release, and reconnect to inner stillness. When not facilitating sound healing, she enjoys life in the Colorado outdoors with her dog, Newman.
