Friday is 8 games minimum and, most likely, will be split into two brackets after rounders in the upper****NEW "Mystery Coinflip Matchups"
Mystery of where it will be split. Number 12, 14, 18, 22, or whatever will be in drawer until rounders are complete then revealed. Hearsay and observation indicate either curiosity or strategy to get where you think will be best are stirred up some after the number to split is announced, and I can't ignore that possibility! "Coin flip is back as well, Heads (random top half randonmly matched with the bottom half) or Tails (top/middle) There is rarely a bad partner in the top group so don't be one!"
6 rounds round robin with different partners followed by a double elimination tournament for the championship. 1st place gets the belts and cash. 2nd place gets cash. There is always a chance we may not be splitting the group every time, although we do get a few lower number ppr players. There are sometimes too many very good players that don't make the cut and 2nd chance takes away some from the payouts. The lower end of the top half will, unfortunately, end up with the lower end of the bottom. However, when we do a 2nd chance lower bracket 1st place winners get cash, as well. When split into 2 groups the split for upper bracket will be based on the number of entries and skill levels. 8 games for everyone. Everyone is welcome! 2nd chance is always random all players.
