Friday Night Feast - Supper Club Fundraiser
About this Event
Our annual supper club, that raises vital funds for Bounceback Food CIC and Olinda Community Gardens, is always a hit with foodies and those looking for a dinner with a difference!
Join us for drinks from 5pm, followed by 3 delicious dishes starting 6pm made with veg grown by Olinda Community Gardens and our partner National Trust farmers from Dunham Massey. We will of course accommodate all dietary requirements so please ensure you give us full details of these when signing up. We'll have a range of drinks & cocktails on the night too and will be open for drinks from 5pm! We have covered outdoor seating, so keep an eye on the forecast & we'll keep our fingers crossed for some late summer sun...
All proceeds from the event will be split evenly between Bounceback Food CIC, to support our social enterprise as we tackle food poverty and food waste across Greater Manchester, and Olinda Community Gardens as they increase natural biodiversity with a range of projects across the city.

Who are we?
Bounceback Food CIC is a social enterprise fighting food poverty on multiple fronts. Since 2014 our Community Cookery School teams have been teaching people how to cook, running food bank drives at market events, helping people get jobs in the food sector and coordinating community meal drives that provide emergency meals for our beneficiaries.
Since 2014 we have taught 12,500+ people how to cook, including stroke survivors, young carers, food bank beneficiaries and elderly people living in sheltered accommodation. We have also secured 25,000+ donations to food banks and generated over 350,000 meals for people in need via our catering, community meal drives and cookery workshops.

Our community chefs are creating a delicious 3-course meal based on the veg grown/supplied by Olinda Community Gardens - and from nearby growing projects at Dunham Massey and elsewhere. We'll announce details of the final menu here and on social media (@BouncebackFood) as soon as it's confirmed.

When is the Community Kitchen in Altrincham normally open?
We are open every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday - 9am-3pm. We opened our Alty Market Community Kitchen in July 2023.
Do you provide catering services?

Do you host Corporate Team Building Days?
Yes - email [email protected] for dates and more info. These run from both the Community Kitchen at Alty Market and our new site in Manchester city centre.
