SPECIAL POINTS OF INTEREST
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all guests entering the facility are required to pay admission, whether skating or not. However, we offer a special discounted rate for parents and adults ages 21 and over who are just there to watch and support. If a spectator decides to join in the fun and skate, they’re welcome to do so by simply paying the difference in skating admission and skate rental if needed.
Babies/toddlers up to 32” tall: Can enter the facility and watch for free.
You are welcome to bring your own roller skates or roller blades.
Skate rental is extra unless otherwise noted.
In order to maintain our family friendly atmosphere, children/teens must wear skates, unless parent is in the facility.
No outside food or drink may be brought in.
Socks required for JJ skate rental and Bounce Quest playground. Socks available for purchase also.
Bounce Quest Activity for children up to 56” tall. Not skating? Let us know at the ticket window and your admission will cover BQ instead.
General/presale admission ticket purchase is not a birthday party package nor birthday party deposit.
Wheelchairs are welcome on the rink: wheels must be dry, clean, smooth and the equipment must be in overall good repair. No additional items can be attached to or stored in the wheelchair. This is to avoid items falling from such a device onto the floor and becoming a tripping hazard.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay and cash. No checks are accepted. 4% convenience fee for online ticket transactions.
Due to the nature of our business, theatrical fog and lighting effects (strobe and laser) are in use during this skating session on the skating floor and arcade area.
