Expect an hour of high-energy bounce choreography on the rebounder, mixed with strength training on the floor.
Midway through class, you’ll help create choreography for a brand-new bounce track—then we’ll perform it together.
All levels welcome. A full warm-up, an introductory song, and modifications are provided throughout.
Dress code: your boldest, brightest cardio workout gear. Grip socks, flat-sole sneakers, or bare feet.
