StrumDrum (Blake Shaw and Christopher Jensen) brings a unique "hybrid" sound to the stage, blending jazz, blues, and pop. Watch in awe as Blake plays bass and guitar simultaneously while singing, backed by Christopher's intricate percussion.
Jack Lion refashions the connection between jazz and electronic music for the modern era. Expect a balance of jazz composition, down-tempo break-beats, and hazy atmospherics from one of Iowa City’s most adventurous bands.
