Friday Night Candlelight Sound BathDo you know that our soul is comprised of harmony?" --Leonardo DaVinci
Its true, we are made of harmony. With that awareness you are invited for a Friday Night Candlelight Sound Bath Experience with Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations to take place at Phoenix Fitness and Yoga in downtown Staunton, VA.
This experience is reported to be a deeply meditative, relaxing, and transformational experience which will include the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Symphonic Gong, Chimes, and more!
In our world full of stress and challenges, its important that we each find time and space to relax and utilize practices to help bring our WHOLE BEING into harmony and balance. The ancient practice of using Harmonic Sound is showing itself to be a powerful antidote to stress and anxiety in today's modern world. Sound interacts with us on all levels - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual - and can help our whole being return to a state of harmony and balance. End your week by coming to melt with the sounds as the gentle candle lights flicker.
Greg's sound events are focused to aid those not experienced with meditation, as well as offer an opportunity for deep meditation to experienced meditation practitioners. Attendees are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and limit caffeine intake prior. The Phoenix studio has mats, blankets, and bolsters availableto use. Attendees are also encouraged to bring your own mat, blanket, pillows or meditation crystal you desire to have with you for the session. Most attendees prefer to create a comfortable 'nest' for the session.
