Friday Night at the ER

Event Details:

Friday Night at the ER is an engaging simulation game designed to challenge teams to manage a busy hospital during a simulated 24-hour period, which takes just one actual hour to play. Teams of four work together to deliver high-quality service at a low cost while navigating spikes in demand, limited resources, time pressure, unexpected events, and performance accountability. The simulation encourages participants to move from silo thinking to systems thinking, helping them see the big picture and understand the interdependencies within an organization. By simulating real-world challenges, participants learn valuable lessons about teamwork, communication, and strategic decision-making that can be applied to any industry.
