In 1995's Batman Forever, the Caped Crusader (Val Kilmer) battles two flamboyant villains: the chaotic Two-Face (Tommy Lee Jones) and the maniacal Riddler (Jim Carrey), who has invented a brain-draining device to seize control of Gotham. Aided by psychologist Dr. Chase Meridian (Nicole Kidman) and a new, eager partner, Robin (Chris O'Donnell), Batman races against time to stop the villains' nefarious plot and save the city from intellectual enslavement.
This movie is part of a film series curated by local film critic and radio D.J. Alec Kerr. Screenings include an intro talk and Q&A session after the movie.
