Join me every other Friday at 9:30 AM for a one-hour sound bath and guided meditation designed to clear your mind and deeply restore your body. You will be guided into a state of profound rest by the therapeutic vibrations of a variety of instruments—from the expansive tones of the gong and grounding rhythm of drums to the serene vibrations of crystal bowls and the gentle whispers of chimes.
