Join me, Nesli, for a serene and deeply relaxing Sunrise Yin Yoga & Sound Bath experience on the beautiful shores of Miami Beach. As you settle into each Yin Yoga pose, I will enhance your practice with the healing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and chimes, promoting deeper relaxation and mental clarity.

What to Bring:

• A towel to lay on using the sand's cushoning instead of a mat
• Comfortable clothing suitable for yin poses, no tight leggings
• Water to dehydrate
